It's Easy to Schedule!

To schedule an appointment, you may do so 3 different ways. First, here on our website below in the scheduling section just choose a day and time, the  second way to schedule your appointment, and if you would like to speak to a live person, you may simply call our office  at : 814-299-9550, or you may email us at: Consultation@SacredDivineFemininity.com.

Our Practitioner will contact you to confirm your scheduled appointment, and send you a confirmation email, that will include documentation for you to complete, as well as an invoice.  Once your invoice has been paid, you are officially booked for your appointment.  You will be required to provide a phone number and email address, which will be used to send you a reminder prior to your scheduled appointment.

We will also email you documents that we appreciate your support in reviewing and completing, prior to your initial appointment.

Remote Appointments

Remote appointments are only available with follow-up appointments and are conducted over the phone or by video on the internet. 

Good To Know Before Your Appointment

You are encouraged to bring medications, supplements, homeopathic or herbal remedies you are currently taking to your appointment.

If your scheduled appointment is for the pH Balance testing please fast 2 hrs. prior of all food and do not drink anything 30 min prior to your appointment.

Payment

All appointments must be paid in full prior to service. We do not currently accept insurance of any kind.

We accept Credit Cards/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) for purchasing services. If purchasing products, we accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-business hour cancel policy. If you cancel your appointment in less than 48-business hours, you will be charged the full fee of your appointment. 

Product Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be permitted. 

Punctuality Policy

If you are late to your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost even if your appointment is shortened. Please allow for enough time to manage traffic irregularities and if you happen to be running late, please call so we are aware of the delayed arrival.
